High fever, shivering cold, tiredness
I am having high fever since Monday night, I took sinarest but it got be dry cough and doing nothing to my fever. Also I consulted a doc yesterday he said it's stomach infection but I still wanted to have a second opinion. The medicines he gave isn't that helpful. I get too much of sweating but the fever comes back again.

Hi, If you can share few more clinical details like is fever associated with chills and rigors??, Pain abdomen, cough and breathlessness, burning micturition etc. It may help in finding the cause of fever. You should also get investigated based on your symptoms. General advice would be to take plenty of fluids ORS and continue paracetamol.
