I am suffering from four days high fever, body pain,bulgam Bali khasi and gala dard. So please suggest medicine. Regards Rajnish kumar

Hello.. Well sir I would suggest you to take paracetamol 500 mg thrice a day for 2 days...And take ascoril syrup thrice a day..And also do salt water gargling thrice a day...Please meet a physician if symptoms doesn't subside..Thank you
