Initial treatment of BP should not be started by Tele-consultation. The patient should go to a General Physician in his area, physical examination, few investigations, basic treatment, and review every week. After some time the BP of the patient will be stabilized and treatment will also be stabilized. After that the patient can have a monthly review.
