High blood pressure
My blood pressure is 160/100 ecg is normal . Shall i take amlong 5mg prescribed by dr? I want to take second opinion because the dr was in hurry.. i was planning for a second pregnancy so how to go about this? Please help.. i have history of pcos and irregular periods..

Please plan your pregnancy after getting your blood pressure corrected for few months. Otherwise complications may be there. Yes please start with amlodipine 5mg. You may need to add some other Antihypertensives for better control of blood pressure. More history and clinical evaluations needed

Some more history needed. Since when u are having high BP. What's cause for same n many other points to be taken into consideration. Get your retina checkup (fundus) Urine routine , kidney function test. Lipid (cholesterol)  thyroid
