Is 132/81 normal blood pressure for 20 years old girl. My mom is having high bp, she has her medicines for it, so is it genetic problem?

Blood pressure varies throughout the day and several factors affect it along with genetics. Though 130/80 is within range,but the lower the better.Get it checked by a doctor and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

It is normal.You are having family history of hypertension so you should be more careful. Take salt restricted diet. Morning walk and YOGA. Fibre rich diet. Avoid fast food as they extra salt. Avoid more tea and coffee. Avoid stress.
