High blood pressure
Im using nebivolol 2.5 still of systolic blood pressure is in 130 or 140 and diastolic is always in 70s
I dont know what is happening to me
I have now severe health anxiety looks like everything is getting out of my hand
Im also taking antidepressant.
Today i check my blood sugar it is 110 in fasting
I dont smoke, follow health diet, regular running
Height : 5.9
Weight : 85 kg
Still this happening to me
Did ecg, ett, tyroid test, lipid profile everything normal
Now i think my life is useless
