High blood pressure
I am 45 years male height 5' 6", weight 100 kg. From last few weeks I am observing high blood pressure 150/100 intermittently. Started taking Telvas 40 however not regularly but on the day of high bp.
I also feel leg shivers, heart palpitation and headache during high bp. Please suggest treatment.
No diabetes or other issues except fatty liver.

This is very wrong. Dont take medication on ur own. First your body needs a evaluation that wat is the cause of high BP nd then treatment will be started.
