I regularly go to gym eat healthy food and rarely eat fast food. I quit smoking 2 years back. My weight was 78 kg and height 172 cm. Since then i reduced my weight more by focusing on cardio and improved my diet. But still my BP ranges from 134/70 to 146/90.
I don't understand why do I have high Blood Pressure

Health Tips
adequate intake of water
fresh fruits and vegetables
avoid fatty foods alcohol
exercise for 30 minutes a day
See usually bp varies with physical activity. If you measure bp soon after walking, exercise or if you're stressed or anxious while measuring bp, bp will tend to record a higher range. In such cases try to record your bp after 15 mins again at rest. Monitor your bp for next 3 days. If the values come high (above 140/90) consult me on practo.
Use low sodium iodised salt.
Drink atleast 3 to 4 liters of water everyday.
Avoid stress.
