With great dedication you have achieved a weight control that's ok for your height.pushing yourself to extreme workout is not necessary which may put strain on your systems. The healthy diet habits you are following and adequate amount of exercises is good enough.

You’ve made impressive progress with your weight loss! Dropping from 92 kg to 79 kg in just over a month is quite an achievement. Given your height of 185 cm (6 feet), a weight of 79 kg falls within a healthy BMI range. Your diet and exercise routine seem well-balanced and effective. Here are a few points to consider: Diet: Your diet is rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, which is excellent. Including a variety of fruits and vegetables ensures you get a wide range of nutrients. Pomegranate juice is indeed healthy as it is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals1. Exercise: Running 8 km in the morning and 3 km in the evening, along with gym workouts, shows great dedication. Just ensure you’re not overtraining, as rest is crucial for muscle recovery and overall health. Hydration and Rest: Make sure you’re staying well-hydrated and getting enough sleep, as both are essential for weight loss and overall well-being. Sustainability: While your current routine is effective, it’s important to maintain a sustainable approach. Extreme routines can sometimes lead to burnout. Listen to your body and adjust as needed. If you have any specific health concerns or feel any discomfort, it might be a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional to ensure everything is on track. Keep up the great work! How are you feeling with this new routine? Any challenges or changes you’d like to discuss?
