Good evening sir,
Kindly do not worry. Your weight seems to be within acceptable limits. BMI limits favour a bit more weight loss to be achieved, about 4-5 kg, but this is still within a good and healthy limit. I would suggest you , sir, instead of trying to reduce further weight, instead to just eat nutritional food, and do good exercise. Maintain your body health, avoid unnecessary junks, do regular exercise and have a stress free lifestyle, sir.
Stay healthy!
