Respected Sir or mam im nri Indian Guy living in Abroad just come india 🇮🇳 on my vicattion Sir I'm 6 feet 2 inch tall over weight Guy im 100 kg Sir I start doing dieting now morning I get up 5 o clock I take dried pulm alu bukhara drie fruit 2 PC on my empty stomach do running nd jogging 1 hours after coming I take my breakfast oats with toned milk with adding Pomegranate. Apple. Carrot. Papaya and almonds nd adding litle honey and after breakfast I take half bowl fruits ... Carrot .beetroot .and apple. Pomegranate. Papaya and than I take green tea lunch time I take 3 roti and boil vegetables and salad  nd evening I go running and after running I do gyming 1 hours and night I take half bowl india gate basmati brown rice with 3 roti and boil vegetables and salad and 1 egg omlet Sir now I have litle bp problem plz tell me for maintaining a healthy bp should I add beetroot juice in my diet daily  and also avacado fruits .for maintaining a healthy bp ...
