Hi Have banana milk shake on empty stomach, include milk and milk products. Add ghee to dal daily, have more of plant protein in your diet, have fresh khajoor daily at around mid morning time, drink a glass of milk at night before retiring to sleep, include all seasonal fruits and vegetables that are grown locally for more benefit, all variety nuts, seeds, kheer, sweet potato kheer for good energy levels, have a banana or fresh dates as and when you feel tired, weak and exhausted as it helps to regain energy in quick time , have curds at breakfast and lunch, moderate complex carbs, moderate plant proteins if non veg take egg , chicken, fish and lean meats.. For further details contact through practo for online consultation and for a detailed analysis of your case. Thankyou
Next Steps
after 6 months onwards weaning has to be started for babies as it helps in meeting their daily required energy needs.. be in touch with your pediatrician for better understanding with both of you.. consult of take advise for any multi vitamin if required in your case..for clarity..
Health Tips
so it's better to start up with weaning foods to your baby and slowly putting little away to breast milk..not fully away to breast milk but slowly ..the baby should be fed with weaning  foods and decrease giving breast milk..slowly but not all of a sudden.. and light exercises both morning and evening is beneficial in gaining muscle mass which I turn helps in weight gain slowly..

Hi, A woman burns 85 calories per 100 ml milk production. 1) Weight is a sum total of Bone, Water, Muscle and fat. You need to gain muscle to get healthy. Immunity of the body is based on muscles and so its important to have optimal muscle mass. 2) Have a well balanced diet which has the right combination of Carbohydrate, protein and fat. 3) Eat 6-8 meals a day as the muscle losses will not happen. 4) Have carbohydrate and protein rich food combinations like Banana or Mango milkshake, Mix nuts and dryfruit chikkis, Soya or paneer veg rolls etc. 5) Include high biological value proteins which are very well absorbed like- Milk, curd, Paneer, Meat, Fish, Eggs etc. 6) Include essential fats like Almonds, walnut, Pistachios, flaxseeds etc. 7) Eat on waking up and do have a bed time meal like milk and light snack. 8) Do not fast or overeat as this will not help. 9) Hydrate optimally by having a glass of water every hour to flush out toxins and prevent weight loss due to dehydration. 10) Sleep of 9-10 hours is very crucial to gain muscle and weight.
