I'm 30 years old, 175cm,55-60 kg weight, male.
symptoms include increased heart beating when being idle, palms and feet sweating, diarrhea (often immediately after eating), insomnia, general weakness, numbness in my left arm. I feel them almost constantly every day, but sometimes, usually at evening, I get bigger attack.
Positive on helicobacter pylory, blood, EKG and thyroid check all good. I don't have much stress, work is good, love life never better
