Hi. These are starting issues dealt with anxiety and frustrations about your work and life. Dont let them accompany your thoughts and emotions. It may not be very easy to follow your own methods to reduce these. Also if you feel that your mind needs calmness and happiness, try to talk to a psychologist and vent out your issues very quickly in few sessions. There is nothing wrong in approaching a therapeutic counselor to give you therapy. If you leave it just like that then problems will add and it may lead to stress or depression in your future.

In these uncertain times this sort of anxiety is common so better follow a personal Regeme by exercising in the morning for 20-25 minutes daily... And eat good healthy diet
Next Steps
better to go for proper therapeutic consultation with a psychologist
Hello, That's a lot to deal with. I can only imagine how difficult it is to manage personal and professional life. I strongly recommend that you first look at a sleep hygiene plan and a diet plan. Basic needs have to be met in order for a personal to feel calm enough to function in other areas of life. It is tough but there are always ways to work through difficulties. These are difficult times so try to focus on survival mode and when you have the energy to work on more then you can do that. Regards, Christeen (Counsellor)

Manage sleep hygiene
Hello there,
Not being able to sleep can have a lot of reasons, one of which might be preoccupation with thoughts regarding what might not be working for us in our lives right now. Accompanying stomach ache and headaches might be indicative of increased stress levels, conveyed by the body. I would suggest that you try and maintain sleep hygeine, like keeping a fixed sleeping schedule, reducing screentime, caffeine, and heavy meals. You could try calming exercises like deep breathing, stretching your muscles, listening to calming music just before you sleep to help you with falling asleep.
You could start journaling or talk to someone close, about your feelings and concerns regarding your career.
Next Steps
You could reach out to a therapist for further understanding the situation and guiding you through it with support.
