Headache, weakness and body pain
I am having headache, weakness from a week and body pain specially in legs and back bone. Also sometime feels like vomiting but never happens. All this started when I had mild fever and running nose and cough for 2-3 days and I took some antibiotics and paracetamol tablets after consulting doctor. anything serious, does it point to any known disease? should i go for any blood test?

It is likely that you developed gastritis by having antibiotics and paracetamol without an antacid, you may have also not eaten well during that time period. You will require antacids at present. These following steps may help you: - Don't skip meals, you may not feel like eating but in such conditions you should have the reduced amount in frequent intervals(i.e. 3 square meals broken down to 5 or 6 as you can tolerate) and slowly increase as you get better. - Reduce/ Avoid spicy, fried, fatty, junk and oily food - Avoid/ Limit drinking coffee, tea and carbonated drinks to once a day - Exercise regularly (minimum 30 mins) - Increase daily intake of water to 3liters - Avoid/Stop smoking and drinking - Reduce stress through methods such as yoga/meditation.
