To help manage symptoms , incorporate a diet rich in magnesium-rich foods like spinach and almonds, omega-3 fatty acids found in fatty fish, and complex carbohydrates like whole grains, while avoiding potential triggers such as aged cheeses, processed meats, and foods containing artificial additives or preservatives.

Headaches that are worse in the morning and are accompanied by eye strain can be due to several reasons: Eye strain or uncorrected vision issues (common with screen use or needing glasses) Sinusitis, especially if you feel pressure around the forehead or cheeks Poor sleep quality or irregular sleep schedule Tension-type headaches due to stress or posture Rarely, high blood pressure or raised intracranial pressure It's best to get an eye checkup and possibly a BP check done. If the issue continues, a doctor may advise further tests based on your history and symptoms. For consultation, connect with me on Practo for video consultations.
