Headache,cold redpatches in throat fever
Head ache since last two days..cold with runny nose..few times mild fever upto 100F..red patches in throat..and feeling very tired.

You probably have a throat infection. I would recommend a course of antibiotics , paracetamol for fever and headache, levocetrizine for cold. For symptomatic relief it is useful to do warm water gargles after adding betadine.
