I have fever, headache, body pain from yesterday. Not took any medicines. Today I have bit releif. There are mosquitoes. So I fear of disease.

Fever means some infection. Mostly viral infections are self limiting and get cured by body immunity. Bu other fevers like typhoid & malaria need proper medicines for cure. Dengue chickengunia are also viral but caused due to mosquito bite. To establish pathological tests are needed. At present take only paracetamol for fever. If not better in 3 to 5 days go to a doctor for proper examination diagnosis & treatment.
