You may be having oesophagial spasm causing difficulty in swallowing and midline chest pain. If there is no difficulty in breathing, sweating, abnormal pulse rate then it is more likely to be related with oesophagus. Else you should rule out heart problem by doing an ECG and getting an opinion from Cardiologist after getting yourself physically examined.
