Hi doctor, I have back and front neck pain. Little shoulder pain occasionally. Somethimes I feel chest heaviness (very rarely).I don't have throat pain or itchy. Only front neck pain. 2 months ago I have visited ENT doctor for same issue and he prescribed antacid gel. Then it's subside after long time. Now again it started. Is this symptoms of GERD. What is the best medicine to take apart from antacid. I don't want to step out from home due to current situation because I have small baby. Which food I should avoid.
If not GERD, what it could be and whom should I consult for this.
Thanks a lot for your guidance.
