Dear Sir/Madam, I am having pain in back of my neck near left shoulder. I had the same last year too but it got better with self care and vitamin D I think. It is not continuous and goes away at times. It is worst when I'm working on my laptop or sitting at the back of bike, lifting something etc. At that time even touching the area is little painful. Please suggest what I should do?
