I have been diagnosed with low d3, hb, rbc and b12. So can I take carbamide forte chelated iron with vita k d3 daily and calcirol sachet once a week? Can I take these two ( iron and d3) at same time or do I need to take them separately... or are these medicines safe? How long should I take these as my Hb 11.5 Rbc 3.16 D3 12.7 B12 300
