We cannot evaluate this without knowing the proper sign and symptoms - so it is advised to consult with the doctor as soon as possible
Get esr, blood sugar, thyroid profile, vit d3, b12, calcium done and share results, to know the reason for fatigue.
Take healthy diet with more of fresh vegetables and fruits, curds, nuts, whole grains, drink more water, avoid fried, sugary food and heavy meals.
Depression and anxiety per se can also cause fatigue and weakness. Try to be relaxed mentally. Whatever has been done, cannot be undone. Look forward positively. Keep yourself mentally occupied, with reading good literature, writing, prayers, meditation, gardening, etc.
Hello,
I am Dr. Romain Rajan, General Physician (Ex Govt Medical Officer at RML Hospital, New Delhi), and your case has been allotted to me.
Thank you for sharing your symptoms and reports. I understand how exhausting and distressing this must be for you.
Based on your description, your symptoms of weakness, body pain, disturbed sleep, and fatigue along with slightly low Hb and RBC suggest a combination of:
• Mild anemia
• Possible vitamin deficiencies (especially Vitamin D or B12)
• Stress and sleep disturbance contributing significantly
Mild rise in lymphocytes is often not serious and can be seen with minor infections or stress.
⸻
What you should do now
• Ensure proper sleep routine and reduce screen time at night
• Take a balanced diet rich in iron, protein, and vitamins
• Stay well hydrated
• Start light physical activity like walking
⸻
Investigations to consider
• Serum Vitamin D3
• Vitamin B12
• Serum ferritin
• Thyroid profile if not done
⸻
Treatment approach
• Iron and multivitamin supplementation if deficiency confirmed
• Vitamin D and B12 correction if low
• Stress management and sleep correction are equally important
⸻
When to consult a doctor immediately
• If weakness worsens significantly
• If dizziness, palpitations, or severe fatigue occurs
• If symptoms persist beyond a few weeks
⸻
Important reassurance
This condition is very common and reversible once deficiencies and lifestyle factors are corrected. Your reports do not suggest anything dangerous at present.

Dear Swetha,
Your CBC is not that bad as you think. There is just marginal up and down of your counts tho lymphocytes are more.
With your current symptoms, you need to get your S. Calcium/ S. Phosphate/ Vit D3 tests. You also need to take plenty of fluids like coconut water, lemon water, kanji etc to maintain your electrolytes. It is very much possible that you have a state of chronic stress which is precipitating into these symptoms. Do deep breath exercises in the morning and before you sleep, you can also do Left nostril breathing when you feel the stress or when you feel your mind is chaotic.
Would advice you to take up some form of meditation and yoga to beat this state as you are too young to have these Complaints.
Next Steps
Get the suggested tests and review the reports with me on Practo.
Just Relax... No need to worry..
Your Hb is bit low but it is quite common in female to be around 11 hb...
May be you are in stress due any reason like work personal..
You just need some medications and life style changes..
Next Steps
Consult me or any procto Doctor for help
Health Tips
Drink plenty of water and add some iron rich food in diet
Physical correlation is important in your case with symptoms. Please visit nearby hospital and consult with general physician. Most likely its viral infection.
