Ganaral Anxiety and Social Anxiety
I have ganaral Anxiety and Social Anxiety very long back, when I am 7/8 years old. Now I am 35 years old, I am feeling nervous when taking to someone, also feeling kind of fear what people say, also feeling embarassing when taking, I have no confidence, can't joing social gatherings or family function, my heartbeats are increasing when taking to someone or when pick up a call.
