I have anxiety and depression and take Nexito regularly. My psychiatrist recently increased my Nexito dose from 15 mg to 20 mg, and I have been on 20 mg for the last 5 days.
I have also been experiencing neck, shoulder, and head pain/stiffness, especially with certain movements and sometimes while sneezing. The pain becomes very irritating and increases my anxiety.
Because of this, I took Etizest (Etizolam) 0.25 mg on 12 June and again on 14 June. My overall SOS usage this year has been infrequent (7 doses in 5 months and 3 doses already this month).Just to mention I live in North india particularly Chandigarh.
Could the recent pain flare be the main reason for the increased anxiety and SOS use? Can increasing Nexito from 15 mg to 20 mg temporarily worsen anxiety during the first few days? At what point should I be concerned and consult my psychiatrist regarding the recent need for SOS medication?
