Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi mam,
I want know to your current body weight and exact height. So then i can only suggest you some diet plan. But till then i want to suggest you to avoid fried snacks, outside foods, sweets and roots and tubers, use minimum amount of oil i.e 4tsp per day . And most important thing that you need to do some exercise like walking or jogging according to your health 20-30 mins per day.
