Shoulder pain on right hand , when hand up , move back side and take weight then pain, otherwise normal. I suffered from 4/5 years but no relief till now. I also take medicine .

This is can be due to wrong posture or work profile. Need posture correction. So wrong posture can also create shoulder problem .need assessment so proper evaluation need to be done. Apply ice for pain relief. With doctor advice do further treatment and follow exercises.
It's some shoulder conditions as early physiotherapist told like rotary cuff muscle problem .if any physiotherapist is not able to help u. Then we will be able to treat u completely. Internal medicine alone will not help this condition as it a anatomical problem.
