Left hand middle finger numbness
I have been experiencing numbness in left hand middle finger since yesterday, I was holding a cover with weight over a kg for an hour and then I started seeing the numbness. And it's not clear after 24 hours. Can you please help

Avoid heavy gripping 3-5 days Do nerve gliding exercise 2-3 time 10-15 rep Wrist and finger mobility Do not hold your phone for long periods with one hand Avoid sleeping with your hand under your body or head. Maintain posture
