Your heart tests are normal, so a cardiac cause is very unlikely. The pain in the left chest, arm, and hand is most likely due to GERD-related referred pain, postural or cervical (neck) nerve irritation, or anxiety, which can feel worse while on medication. Rabeprazole + Domperidone usually do not cause nerve pain but may increase awareness of symptoms in some people.
Next Steps
• Continue GERD treatment as prescribed. • Get a cervical spine and posture evaluation. • Consult a spine or musculoskeletal specialist if pain persists.
Health Tips
• Avoid slouching and prolonged mobile/laptop use. • Eat small meals; avoid spicy, oily foods. • Do not lie down immediately after meals. • Practice calm breathing and stress control. If pain becomes severe, persistent, or is associated with dizziness, fainting, increasing heart rate, or new neurological symptoms, seek medical attention immediately.
