Foreskin problem
I am 43 years old, diabetic. For the last 4 months, my foreskin is not opening properly. It is becoming tight. If I try to open it with gentle force, the skin cracks. I can see a tinge of blood through it, though it does not bleed. I have applied some cream on it. As the cracks heal, scars are forming and it looks like blisters without any liquid in it.
