Foreskin Not Fully Opening
Hello Doctor, I am consulting you regarding a tight foreskin that does not fully retract behind the head of my penis. Currently, I do not have any severe symptoms. Specifically: There is no pain, swelling, redness, or irritation. I do not experience any bleeding. Urination is completely normal, and the foreskin does not "balloon" up with urine. While it is not causing me immediate pain, the partial tightness prevents it from fully opening. I want to address this proactively to ensure I can maintain proper hygiene and prevent any future discomfort. Could you please advise if this can be treated with a topical steroid cream and stretching exercises, or let me know what the best next steps would be? Thank you.
