Penis foreskin swollen no cuts or pain

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have been taking medication for two weeks for the foreskin swollen with cuts and itching. After the medication cuts and itches gone. But, still swelling is there and not able to retract the foreskin. What will be the issue? Currently, I'm having a medicine of Moxikem cv 625 (twice a day) and Silverex ointment. Suggest me what should I do?
