Not able to retract foreskin
I'm 19 and i recently got to know about phimosis, having a tight foreskin which is not retractable at any states, be it flaccid or erect. But i don't feel any pain or discomfort with the inability to retract. I need to know if this situation of mine is a concern or is it okay until I am in no pain or discomfort. And is there any non surgical way to fix phimosis Thank you

Phimosis is urgent to treat if you are having difficulty in passing urine, urinary tract infection or scarring of prepuce. If you are ok at present you may develop these problems in future. So its better you consult an urologist. Surgery- circumcision is the best treatment but non surgical options like topical steroids, gentle stretching can be done in very few cases if possible by the urologist. You can consult me.

This may be Phimosis. If there is no pain, infection, or difficulty passing urine, it is usually not an emergency, but an evaluation is needed to plan further course of action
