It is important to keep feeding the baby during cough and cold as it is caused by a virus and not any food. But your baby may be more comfortable with a soft diet if there is irritation in the throat . Also avoid anything she can choke on. Avoid introducing anything new till she recovers You can continue feeding her as earlier.

Please don’t overdo things for 10 month old child. You can give anything except icecream or items straight out of refrigerator.
