Hello I am 24 years women and I have fluoride stains on my front upper teeth’s and it’s been a long time but that is not appear all time...they comes nd they goes itself...I need a permanent solution for this..can crown is solution????? Please do reply

You have two options..
Veneers wherein a very thin laminate material made of ceramic/porcelain will be cemented to the front surface of your teeth which essentially masks the stains..
Full ceramic crowns which covers the entire tooth structure is also a good option..a lot of tooth structure will be cut in the crowning process however in veneers,minimal cutting of tooth is done..
