Hello These are pit caries. You can either maintain oral hygiene by brushing twice a day or can get it filled with tooth coloured filling.

⸻ Hello, Even though there is no pain or sensitivity, a dark pinpoint area in the pit of a molar can sometimes indicate early caries starting inside the groove. Many cavities in the initial stage do not cause symptoms but can slowly progress internally. Since it has been present for a few months, I would recommend getting it clinically checked again and, if the area feels soft on examination, getting a small preventive restoration (filling) done. Early restoration is simple, painless, and prevents the cavity from becoming bigger and requiring more extensive treatment later. It is better to treat early than wait for symptoms to appear.

From the picture and your description, it appears to be a small pit cavity on the tooth surface.  Even if you are not experiencing pain or sensitivity now, cavities can gradually progress deeper into the tooth. It is better to get it checked and filled early, before it reaches the deeper layers and starts causing sensitivity or pain.
Next Steps
I would recommend visiting a dentist for a clinical examination and a simple filling if required. Early treatment is quick, painless, and helps preserve the natural tooth structure.
