I want to get rid of these teeth stains I want to make it whiter as it lowers my confidence in front of people, it has become an insecurity for me . And no i DON'T EAT GUTKHA OR PAN OR ANYTHING ELSE .
But I drink tea in the evening
It was whiter but from last month it has become like this I don't know what to do
