Fever with body pain and throat pain
Sir/mam, I had body pain since last 2 days and yester got fever around 100-101. I took crocin so far. Today got throat pain as well. Please suggest some medicine.

As of now from your symptoms it seems u are having upper respiratory tract infection but you need investigations like CBC and take z de azithromycin 500mg once daily for 3 days n crocin 650mg thrice daily until fever subsides
