Doctor plzzz suggest me a medicine in order to cure fever and throat infection. I had taken yesterday only dolo 650 at night for fever but my throat is irritating and fever is there. Plzz suggest me medicine so that i can get weel as soon as possible.. Plzz thanks in advance
