Fever gone but still feeling cold in 30°

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I Had mild fever(100) 20 days back due to bacterial infection and was feeling cold in hot weather. After 5 days antibiotic treatment fever went away but still body is not adjusting with fan air and I start feeling cold whenever exposed to fan air. My vitamin b12 was 136 when tested 6 month back, Below are few test results 5 days ago. Thyroid (T3 99.14, T4 9.97,TSH 2.515) , RDW was 16.9, MPV 12.3, MCHC 30.7, PDW 17.9, ESR 3, nothing abnormal in urine, ferritin 115.15.
