Fever for my kid
Good morning doctor, my daughter is 2.4 year old got fever since yesterday also cold since 3 days green discharge from nose , urine yellow colour ,appetite is better but fever is high now since last night her weight is 10.1kg please suggest syrup as she cant come to pediatric clinic because of waiting she cries a lott please thank you
