elevated temperature or cold in a one-month-old baby requires immediate evaluation by a pediatrician.A rectal temperature reading of 100.4°F (38°C) or higher is considered a true neonatal fever emergency.Do not give any over-the-counter fever or cold medications without a doctor's explicit instruction.Continue exclusive breastfeeding on demand to keep your infant hydrated and support their immune system.Dress the baby in a single layer of lightweight clothing and avoid heavy bundling or blankets.Seek immediate emergency medical care if the baby exhibits rapid, labored, or grunting breathing

If taking feeds well and activity is good..nothing to worry..Use saline nasal drops for cold..and Paracetamol drops for fever every 6 th hourly if fever is there.. if there is any dull activity and decreased acceptance of feeds consult nearby Pediatrician
