  4. Fever, Cough, Pl suggest me what to do!

Fever, Cough,
I have fever, cough, running nose, eye burning, since from three day's I think it's Viral infection. I took Dolo 650, b.i.d, and Zifi CV 200, b.i.d., but the above symptoms are still there PL suggest me what to do
