Since yesterday noon fever headache body pain and fever is intermittent for the past 2 days. Took paracetamol twice.

Hello well I understand fever since 2 days with the body pains gently suggest of viral in origin I would suggest you to take good amount of rest and drink water in Good quantity as hydration is very important. You can get tested for dengue after another day... continue taking Paracetamol for fever.. Thank you
