  4. Fever body pain. Me what to do doctor!

Doctor , usually my body temp is 96 degree but from yesterday morning I am having 99.4 degree with full body pain especially leg and back muscle. I am also having cough. Feeling damn tired and weak. Recently I have attended marriage function of my relative. I am very much afraid .please tell me what to do doctor
