Fever and lower back pain

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am suffering from fever from last 2 momths.. all tests are normal. Having lower back pain and joint muscles pain also. When i take paracetamol, it shows normal and after some time again i am feeling sick. My hands and feet getting cold and in the night time, i can see some rashes on my face for 30 min/ 1 hour. I am not able to understand. What should i do ? Please suggest
