Fever and leg pain, vitamin deficiency?

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have low fever and leg pain(near the heels) from past 8 months. I have been taking Evion Lc (vitamin E acetate and leavocarntrit) and Neurobian Forte( vitamin B complex tablets). sometime the pain subsides but it is always present. My blood report shows low Vitamin B12 , Vitamin D2 and D3. Kindly suggest what is the permanent solution for the low grade fever and leg pain.
