  4. Fever and cough. Its high. plz suggest!

MY husband is having fever upto 103 and dry cough his rtpcr is negative .Fever use to come after effect of medicine is over after every 4hrs.Its 7 days earlier fever was low bt from last 3 days its high.Plz suggest
