I am having little fever plus cough from last 1 day. I have taken paracetamol as a first step but didn't worked for me. Is there any deep problem can be ?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. Drink plenty of fluids.
