Pcm 650 six hourly after food now stop pcm
Tab zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days.
Cefexim 200 two times a day after food for five days. Montek lc one at night for five days.

I would advise you to take paracetamol (dolo) 650mg, if patient is an adult, as 500mg is a low dose for said “high fever”
Next Steps
It would be best to take some blood tests to find out the reason for high fever.
1. CBC
2. ESR/CRP
3. Malaria / dengue tests if available
4. Urine routine examinations
5. Liver function test
6. Blood culture
