Hi
I would advise you to take paracetamol (dolo) 650mg, if patient is an adult, as 500mg is a low dose for said “high fever”
Next Steps
It would be best to take some blood tests to find out the reason for high fever.
1. CBC
2. ESR/CRP
3. Malaria / dengue tests if available
4. Urine routine examinations
5. Liver function test
6. Blood culture
Health Tips
Please do not take antibiotics without prescription as it can be more dangerous than helpful.
